FAQ
Good questions
What do I need to rent?
A valid driver's license, a credit or debit card for the deposit, and you must be 18 or older. Contractors can ask about setting up an account.
Can I tow it myself?
Yes, if your truck is rated for it. Most of our loaders and excavators need a 2‑5/16" ball and a truck rated for at least 10,000 lb. Not sure? Call us and we'll check, or choose delivery.
How do daily, weekly and monthly rates work?
A day is 24 hours from pickup. Weekly is 7 days and monthly is 28 days. We automatically apply whichever is cheapest for your dates.
What about fuel and cleaning?
Machines go out full and should come back full, or we'll top them off for you at cost plus a small fee. Normal job dirt is fine; excessive mud may carry a wash fee.
What if it rains?
Call us before your pickup time and we'll do our best to reschedule at no charge.
